It starts within.

The person you want to be and the characteristics you want to embody already exist within you. Let's tap into your inner light so you can thrive as your authentic self.

I am happy to see that there is a growing emphasis on self-love and mental health in today's society. There is an abundance of accessible resources that can help you along your personal development journey. Yet, with all of these resources, so many people still struggle to change. Why? Well, there is more to our behaviors than meets the eye.

Beyond our conscious awareness lies the unconscious part of ourselves. The unconscious side of ourselves is often referred to as the "shadow" and contains not only forgotten memories but also holds repressed or rejected parts of ourselves. The shadow is where the biggest opportunity for growth and sustainable change lies. By consciously making steps to understand your shadow, you can reclaim the dismissed parts of yourself to become more authentic and aligned. This process is referred to as "Shadow work", and is the foundation of my coaching approach. This type of work is for people who are willing and ready to turn inwards and be vulnerable. As a result, you will become more conscious, aligned, and authentic in every area of your life.

Emma Celou
Spiritual Life Coach

I am on a mission to help people lead more authentic and compassionate lives by deeply understanding and authentically expressing themselves.

I was raised in a very rigid environment with high expectations placed upon me. I had a lot of expectations placed on me, especially when it came to school, work, and church. I took on the role of the peacemaker and people-pleaser, constantly neglecting my own needs and desires in order to please others. One day, I realized there was more out there for me, and I wanted to stop living for other people and start living for myself. I told my family and community that the religious beliefs I was raised in did not align with my personal beliefs, and embarked on a journey towards building my authentic life. The process has not been straightforward, but through being authentic and holding a vision of love, I was able to rebuild my relationships in a more authentic way, redesign my professional life to align with my personal values, and finally connect with my spirituality in my own way. I now help others to authentically embrace their own inner light.
