Have you ever noticed that you often hold onto patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you? Let's change that!
This meditation session is designed for people who have found themselves in a culture or environment with rigid rules and strict social conditioning that doesn't seem to let go. If you feel like you are evolving, but your past keeps creeping up on you, I invite you to join me. This is a safe space for you to have your own unique experience while engaging in a collective healing effort.
Cost: This is a free session that will only take 30 minutes of your time.

A Message From the Facilitator
"Hi, my name is Emma and I was raised in an environment with very strong social and religious expectations. This upbringing particularly shaped the way I approached my relationships, career, and spirituality. I changed my external environment, but internally I held onto bitterness and resentment. Then, I discovered something called Jungian Psychology (AKA unconscious psychology or spiritual psychology), which helped me to understand what was happening in my unconscious mind. One of my favorite tools from this approach is called Active Imagination, and you can think of it as a combination of meditation and lucid dreaming. This is the approach that we will be using in this meditation session. I believe in the power of this work and its ability to transform lives. If any of this sounds mildly interesting, I encourage you to follow that feeling, keep an open mind, and see what could be waiting for you!"
