As a leadership coach, I have noticed that even seemingly simple problems have deeper roots, and often the most empowering solution is a creative one. I like to draw my guidance from multiple sources across various religions. As the ancient Hindu text states,

Every religion seeks truth and ultimately seeks to answer the questions about the complexity of our existence. I like to emphasize two main themes from many religions, which are:
We are all connected.
We are all divine.
